Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy, I require at least 48 hrs notice if you need to cancel or rebook your appointment. Clients who fail to cancel 48 hrs before their appointment will be charged 50% of their service price. Clients who fail to show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of their service price. Repeat no shows will be required to pay a deposit of 50% of their service price to book appointments.
